Returns & Exchanges
At Denim Spirits, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your jeans within 30 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:

Contact our support team at support@denimspirits.pk within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product images, and a brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions for sending the item back.

After we receive and inspect the returned jeans, we’ll issue your replacement or refund as applicable.
Conditions for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong size or item was delivered.

Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit. Returns for correctly sized but unwanted items are not eligible.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible items within 30 days.

If the return is due to a product issue or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

In other cases, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility, depending on the situation.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing your refund or dispatching your replacement.
